??Here is something I just called the pharmacy requesting the status of my prescription, to my surprise the response i got, One; they haven't have the time yet to call Walgreens for the transfer, TWO; Other people are more important , and THREE'; i got really aggravated and asked the lady to ask the pharmacist to call Walgreens and that i have been waiting for my prescription since 10:23 am this morning that is when i got the email from CVS that said it will take 4 hours and to call if they haven't text or call me. So, that is what i was doing, well the lady hanged up the phone on me. What type of people you guys have there, they supposed to keep it cool and give us the services, and not get the customer the run around about their medications, and make them feel unimportant. I still want an answer on what is the status of my medications, if someone nice polite and professional could answer me that it will be nice. Kay C. Marie Kravchuck

There hardly ever a long wait for prescriptions and staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Store is always clean and orderly. #Good Location#Good Service

I scheduled a Covid test for 1:15pm today and I arrived at 12:50 to realize the pharmacy was closed. I went inside to ask how long it would be until another pharmacist got there because I live in winchester and it's a bit of a drive and she said within the hour. Well TWO HOURS pass and it's now 3pm and I'm still waiting so I go inside and the woman told me "yeah we haven't heard from her today so you should just go to a winchester cvs". This is EXTREMELY annoying and unprofessional for them to say within the hour without even speaking to the pharmacist. I needed this test done so I can return to my campus for finals and it's really a big set back. I'm disappointed

I stopped in to the Romney, WV CVS to get a prescription. Carla was unbelievably helpful and absolutely amazing! She was so helpful and friendly. I am so thankful that I have such a great pharmacy to go to that has such caring employees. Just talking with her honestly made my day and she was so helpful. I made sure to do a survey through the CVS website because Carla is an absolute gem! Thank you!
