Don't use the drive through it will take you a half hour to get through the line if you have two vehicles in line ahead of you. Apparently they let you sit and wait for your prescriptions to get filled in the drive through while the line backs up. Do yourself a favor and walk inside. Might not take as long.

The customer service in the pharmacy is non-existent. My mom stopped to pickup prescriptions for my husband. But told he wasn’t in the system and the medicine would be over a hundred dollars. I called our insurance company. The gentlemen called CVS and had to walk them through on getting it fixed. When in fact they put in the wrong birthdate. If someone would have taken a minute to just look things over. My mom wouldn’t have had to wait around for over an hour. We definitely won’t be using them again.

Hours are GREAT. Staff is AMAZING! Both my husband and I switched from another pharmacy due to lack of staffing and availability of Rx needed MONTHLY. Thank you, CVS!! Keep up the great work and service!!

We called the pharmacy to ask about getting a Covid test. They asked what kind of insurance I have, so I told them. They told me the test would be free and to come on up. After we drove more than 20 miles and waited in line, they said I would have to pay $69.99.If they can't correctly answer a simple question like that, how are they smart enough to deal with medications??? Completely inept pharmacy staff that I would never allow to dispense medications to anyone.

I used to be okay with romney CVS. But now the pharmacy closes for lunch rather than taking shifts and for some people, this the only time they can make it. And when the elec went out in the town, and then came back on !! they stayed closed and my toddler desperately needed her meds for rsv and covid. No, they couldn't be transferred to a different pharmacy, we tried. They had to be picked up in another town at a diff cvs an hour away. Years ago, the pharmacy never closed during normal business hours. New management took over and everything went to sht. Now, you never know if they'll be open or closed. Very disappointing and I think we'll be switching to Walgreens.

This the only place that close for lunch. There are more than one person in pharmacy they can take lunch for turns. It is the second weekend I can’t pick up my meds. This pharmacist need to understand that their job is sensitive and some medication for some ppl are indispensable even more than a lunch.

There hardly ever a long wait for prescriptions and staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Store is always clean and orderly. #Good Location#Good Service

I scheduled a Covid test for 1:15pm today and I arrived at 12:50 to realize the pharmacy was closed. I went inside to ask how long it would be until another pharmacist got there because I live in winchester and it's a bit of a drive and she said within the hour. Well TWO HOURS pass and it's now 3pm and I'm still waiting so I go inside and the woman told me "yeah we haven't heard from her today so you should just go to a winchester cvs". This is EXTREMELY annoying and unprofessional for them to say within the hour without even speaking to the pharmacist. I needed this test done so I can return to my campus for finals and it's really a big set back. I'm disappointed

Everyone here is always extremely rude, whether it's the front of the store, the pharmacy, or when I call. I called today and they answered and put me on hold, without letting me know, no biggie. But then she answers and says 'hello' very rudely. I stopped shopping at CVS months ago because of this store.
