Pore customer service to say it nicely.No call no show,Expect 2 hour phonecalls on customer service,Does not contact you with Information unless it's your bill.

I don’t expect to receive a call back from customer service. You’ll lose Internet pretty much once a week during the month for an entire day and the least they can give you is five dollar credit. And then they decided to decrease the range of the Wi-Fi. I can no longer get it when I am on my deck. Pretty terrible Internet provider.

Not bad service on good days but somedays we get warning labels for no internet on our phones, then we get a up or down arrow then it comes back. But for this area it's ok

The worst internet service that exists on this planet. This is the Joe Biden of internet service. Have bead outages about 10 days this month so far. The issue is not on my end. The outages are in the area I live in. When you call they connect you to some Dot head in Pakistan who’s only qualification is to read from a manual while sitting in a sand storm out side of their cave. They steal from us and get away with it.

Here in Hampshire county frontier is a jokeOur service works about 10 days out of a month. Been on phone with service dpt. for about 4 months. Just cancelled service and they say it's a $50 service fee. Yeah that's gonna happen

If you want sub par internet with even worse customer service look no further, frontier can exceed your needs and disappoint you on a regular basis up to but no limited to several times a day . I can guarantee you will always be disappointed with this internet service and you will never want for frustration a single day again in your life .

My internet has not been working for a month now! You can’t tell me it’s because of the rain, we have had Sunny days and it still wasn’t working!! And you know your still charging for that, Get it fixed this is out of hand

Our Phone and internet are back. Amazed Frontier Comm. Showed up and got all working. When I called they said oh we will send crew out on Tuesday! With the phone lines laying all accross our yard! I told them it was urgent for phone service, my neighbor and I have health issues and that waiting till Tuesaday wasn't acceptable...So I'm very much appreciative for the Frontier employees working the late hours in the rain to get our service back!???

Gotta thank you guys for piling up the old poles and pallets - I like to stop when I pass by and see what's available. Last time I was struggling trying to get a longish pole into the back of the truck and one of the guys stopped and helped - thanks again!!

One of the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with. My husband and I have called CONSTANTLY, and nothing is done. And even when I’ve told fro tier that I have a special needs daughter, who has had 11 brain surgeries, they don’t care that services don’t work most of the time. But frontier doesn’t hesitate to demand their money on time, in full, without fail. The only reason I gave one star is because you have to in order to leave a review!
