Mulitple problems with this cpa he will call and reschedule never does 3 months the lady who answers the phone says he will call me back has not in 3 months does not do what he says he doing never calls back even today . This is not a place for a business to take any taxes to in west Virginia.

I deal with Adam Carlin at this firm. He has been very helpful, this area does not have many CPAs so he is very busy but he always makes time to get me in. He does my Corporate return and LLC/ Personal returns.

Not too sure about bill. There's no comunication and I've been waiting about a month now and called multiple times about getting my tax documents back. No response. Reception ist says all they can do is give him the message. It's been about a month..... He seemed quit steep on his price and he also forgot to amend my 2019 taxes like I asked. Won't be a return customer for sure, I can't say I'm certain he filed my return for 2020. I call, can't talk to him, receptionist just gives him the message and I get no response. Everything goes dark again. Unprofessional in my opinion. Probably a busy guy but I've given him a month, more than enough time

I have know Bill Lipps personally for 10 years. If you want an accountant that is honest, funny and a loyal person he is your man. I have a lot of friends that just sing his praised. He is an accountant that goes strictly by the book. He will keep the IRS away.

Bill has been my business and personal accountant for several years. He also does my payroll, which takes some of the hassles out of running a business. My monthly payroll/social security and unemployment taxes I no longer have to worry about, he just sends me an email with how much is coming out and on what day. Bill takes time to personally answer my questions, rather than pass them off to his staff.
