While the woman that done my taxes was very polite and done a great job I'm only giving 2 stars cause I had to pay over 600 bucks to get them filled even the crooks at H&R Block don't charge that much

I got a representative named Sarah Ketterman to do my taxes. She was insightful, helpful and very professional. I could tell that she had been doing this for a long time.
