They work through each customer as thoroughly, politely, and efficiently as possible. When I reach the counter I am usually done with my entire transaction in a couple minutes.”

She was very kind and caring about it.I have often said that customer service shines best when something goes wrong and gets fixed with a smile.”

It's the holidays and they are so busy but yet she had such a way of giving fantastic customer service, helping people, nice as could be, not one time did she show any signs of being overwhelmed, I couldn't believe it was just one person.
