“Yesterday was my first ever visit. I went to the Romeny location.
My neighbor caught a tiny feral kitten in a trap on Monday evening. I called Hampshire Animal Hospital/Hi-Rock Animal Hospital on Tuesday morning, hoping to get in quickly to have the baby checked out to make sure she was healthy. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and sweet and she was so kind to squeeze us in the very next day.

On the appointent day, I called when I arrived in the parkinglot as instructed. They met me outside to get our new patient info almost immediately. I was then called inside for the exam within just minutes. I hardly had to wait at all.
Once inside, I met both veterinarians, father and son. They were both very nice, professional, and they seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. They did a thorough exam on my kitten, vaccinated her, and took the time to answer all of my questions. They were quick but efficient and very kind to both the patient and the owner. I left feeling relieved and informed, and very happy with the visit.

“I would like to give a shout out to Country Roads Mobile Vet!! Dr. Piraino and her assistances absolutely have the love for our fur baby Sloan. From clipping his nails, surgeries, etc…… Like, when I say they r totally awesome, they are totally awesome. My uncle has a 6 year old Mulchi (Maltese, and a Chihuahua mix) and when ever we call Country Roads Mobile Vet they answer all of our questions!! The best part is that if they don’t know the answers to our million questions they tell us we will call you back when we have the correct answer.
