Sat in the drive-through for over 30 minutes behind one car. Decided to go inside, waited another 15 minutes, one guy working in the whole place on a Friday evening at 6:30pm . With another whole family in front of me decided to go to the Lewisburg location where there were 2 employees working and was in and out in 5 minutes.

Staff is absolutely terrible. Go through drive thru and three employees working on one walkin and noone acknowledged drive thru. Several people behind me left. Over 30 min wait before acknowledged. They need retrained on customer service. Some people are limited on time for lunch. A little acknowledgment can go far.

Don't order online unless you want your food completely messed up. If that happens, don't try to call and have them fix it because the girl named Hailey working there will do nothing to fix it and she will do that with a complete attitude. I've never had someone be so rude and I never call to complain but it was the second time of having my order messed up. Just do yourself a favor and go in and watch them make it. The food is great, the customer service is NOT.

If you like having your online orders messed up, enjoy poor customer service and are a fan of not getting what you pay for then this is the place for you!!The customer is always wrong, the employees could care less and it doesn't seem like these things matter too much at all. I guess as long as a business has live bodies present during business hours, not too much more is expected.Does anyone remember when quality and performance mattered?? I do and it's sad so many businesses have let these things go. Only one star because no stars is not an option.

Went on my lunch break at 1:00 went in and washed my hands and stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I was never acknowledged or spoken to. As I turned to leave one of the three workers said oh I can help you. I left.
