I would not take my harley there again. Owner is very rude. He does not know how to schedule appointments. Had a 12:30 appointment told me I was supposed to be there at 10:30 and told me to take it out of there very rude on phone too not very good way to do business would not take my bike there if it were free

Down in West Virginia from Cleveland Ohio. Broke 10 spokes on the rear tire on my RoadKing….all the locals referred me to Bent Metal. So I call the Captain/Bent Metal. The very next day (it was a Saturday!) my baby was back on the curves of WV. Not only was my ride repaired but it came with a lot of good advice. Thanks Captain!

Broke pipe bracket on my '80 FLH, only "old" bike in the group rolling from VA to WV. Thanks, again, Cap''n! A man stopped and said there was a bike shop up the street, I new I was good when I saw that shovel parked out front! Got me back riding and taught me a few things, all around good people!!! Bike ran another hard 400 miles+, that's about 2k in WV mountain miles, no worries!
