“It is usually clean and neat, there are a couple employees I avoid going in the store if they are working. One likes to call the police on A LOT of customers, and accuse them of stealing, when most of them didn't do anything wrong. I was one to get accused, but I proved I didn't take anything. For some reason the cops weren't called, but usually the cops are called before the customer has the chance to prove themselves or before they know what's going on. The other employee does about the same thing. Your lucky if you've been a customer there, and not been accused of theft. I've heard multiple people say this about this store.”

“How I wish this store could be strictly a Dollar Tree. This town has a Dollar General already. There are 3 or 4 Family Dollar stores within 20 miles of Rainelle; Rupert, Rainelle, Danese (?), and Meadow Bridge. I have to drive 45 miles one way to shop at either the Beckley or Lewisburg locations. Family Dollar doesn't have any better products than the Dollar Tree, so to me, the prices and selection would be a plus! A Family Dollar/Dollar Tree combo is just silly! And who took the pictures for this location? I mean.....come on!”
“This is a great store but some employees think DG is the one paying the employees while it the customer is if it weren't for them the store would be closed.Try getting a Thank you from some clerks not all some are very rude”

“Just updating my review.. love this store. All the staff is so friendly and helpful.. they always welcome you with a smile. I feel close to them but I come here all the time. Lol. Love them all”
