I’ve lived in Salem over 7 years now. I have tried to remain patient with this place. It’s only gotten worse with time. They used to have 2 registers, but they added the self checkout that didn’t last so now the wait is usually awful with only one register if staff even comes to work. It’s been closed numerous times for various reasons. Shelves are rarely stocked completely, some coolers are down and have been for quite some time, certain isles were closed off, and today it was a cash only store. I will make sure to drive across town or go elsewhere from here on out. You can’t rely on this store to be open and functioning.

Rude obnoxious people running the store, kept scanning one of my items to charge me more. Longggg lines. Dangerous, was held up at knife point in parking lot, told store manager and since she knew the person I wasn’t allowed back. I’ve also been bullied by store manager multiple times.

The clerk was only pleasant experience in the store... I asked to use the restroom and to my dismay it was completely disgusting... there was no toilet paper and there were boxes of merchandise store in the restroom... so I went to return the key... I can hold it ...the shelves were untidy...the aisles were fill with unstocked merchandise... I'm not sure if they are short staffed...
