“I have owned a VW since 2008. This is the first time I had a positive experience in your service department. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have an appointment; my check engine light came on and I lost power on Rt. 60. I was close enough to get to Moses VW. Honestly, I was dreading going there. Knowing I would receive a hassle or be treated rudely. To my surprise there was a very polite, friendly, caring, and willing to help red headed lady named Amanda working there. She listened to me and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. She genuinely seemed happy to help. She arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work so I didn't have to wait any longer on a ride. This was the first time I was offered that service!! She assured me she would call to let me know what was going on with my car, and SHE DID!!! Again, first time ever I didn't have to call and be put on eternal hold to check on my car. I asked how long it would take to be fixed because I was going to be renting a car. She placed me on a brief hold and told me not to rent a car that she had a 'loaner' vehicle I could drive until my car was fixed. I have NEVER been offered that service in 15 years!! She called me throughout the week to keep me posted about my vehicle. I didn't have to call once. She advised me what was under warranty and what was out of pocket, so when I arrived to pick up my car there were no surprises in cost. From beginning to end, I felt like a valued customer for the first time at this dealership. Amanda is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such! She goes above and beyond to help customers.”

Especially in these times when labor is so expensive, it is more cost effective to use their parts and you plan on keeping the vehicle.. Their stores have very knowledgeable staff and it does not take long to get what you need. If the part is not locally stocked, it normally doesn't require as much time for NAPA to get it from their warehouse as from a dealership..”

“I had some body work done at this shop recently, Travis did an amazing job. I could not recommend him higher! He did such a wonderful panel repair(deep dent to the steel and paint roughly the size of a half dollar) and his paint work is absolutely flawless. The before and after speak volumes for his quality and the paint is simply perfect, it's hard to blend and match a paint that's not just metallic and bright but that's been highly maintained and yet he did so incredibly. He was very reasonably priced and I'd send anyone to him to get work done!”
