“Moses provided a great experience for vehicle service. They were quick and efficient at getting me checked in, showing me to the lounge area and getting the diagnostics run. Luckily nothing to major need repairs but they were able to do it all the same day and didn't have me sitting there waiting for my vehicle the entire day! They kept me updated with everything and the sales men in the lobby didn't bother me with trying to buy a new one while I waited! Very wonderful first time experience at Moses Honda for service!”
“I have owned a VW since 2008. This is the first time I had a positive experience in your service department. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. I didn't have an appointment; my check engine light came on and I lost power on Rt. 60. I was close enough to get to Moses VW. Honestly, I was dreading going there. Knowing I would receive a hassle or be treated rudely. To my surprise there was a very polite, friendly, caring, and willing to help red headed lady named Amanda working there. She listened to me and didn't talk to me like I was stupid. She genuinely seemed happy to help. She arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to work so I didn't have to wait any longer on a ride. This was the first time I was offered that service!! She assured me she would call to let me know what was going on with my car, and SHE DID!!! Again, first time ever I didn't have to call and be put on eternal hold to check on my car. I asked how long it would take to be fixed because I was going to be renting a car. She placed me on a brief hold and told me not to rent a car that she had a 'loaner' vehicle I could drive until my car was fixed. I have NEVER been offered that service in 15 years!! She called me throughout the week to keep me posted about my vehicle. I didn't have to call once. She advised me what was under warranty and what was out of pocket, so when I arrived to pick up my car there were no surprises in cost. From beginning to end, I felt like a valued customer for the first time at this dealership. Amanda is an asset to this company and should be recognized as such! She goes above and beyond to help customers.”

“We came to River City after going to the Subaru dealership in Charleston and it was worth the drive. The customer service blew us away! “Huge life saver on our road trip! We camped down the street and woke up to a dead car battery. We were able to have the battery tested for free. We ended up having to buy a new one—they weren’t pushy about which one to get, just showed us our options and got us situated. They changed the battery for us and kept the old one for recycling.It was a huge relief to be squared away in less than 30 minutes!”

“They have better auto parts than Autozone, Advance & etc. Often they are better than OEM. Especially in these times when labor is so expensive, it is more cost effective to use their parts and you plan on keeping the vehicle.. Their stores have very knowledgeable staff and it does not take long to get what you need. If the part is not locally stocked, it normally doesn't require as much time for NAPA to get it from their warehouse as from a dealership..”

“Had issues with the Goodyear assurance tires. Service is awesome. Manager Scott is great and offered a full refund after many trips there. Even offered to rotate and balance my new tires I bought elsewhere. Would highly recommend this auto care center, would not recommend Goodyear tires. Instead, order tires online and have them shipped here.”
“I had some body work done at this shop recently, Travis did an amazing job. I could not recommend him higher! He did such a wonderful panel repair(deep dent to the steel and paint roughly the size of a half dollar) and his paint work is absolutely flawless. The before and after speak volumes for his quality and the paint is simply perfect, it's hard to blend and match a paint that's not just metallic and bright but that's been highly maintained and yet he did so incredibly. He was very reasonably priced and I'd send anyone to him to get work done!”
