“Peyton got me in super quick while I was on a roadtrip. They diagnosed my brake issue, cleaned up my brakes, and sent me on my way at NO CHARGE. Very professional, very generous folks. You guys are the best.”
“These guys had a great deal on tires for my truck. The whole project cost less and I got a better quality tire than I was quoted at a competitor. I highly recommend checking them out if you're in the market for new tires.”
“Had all bearing packed, all leaf springs replaced, and tires rotated and balanced on our Jayco 5th wheel RV Trailer. . They do a really good job. Very friendly people. Very helpful. Would suggest their shop to everyone I know.”
“The tire shop is great. But I would recommend any other mechanic. They didn't know how to adjust an adjustable ball joint. So after paying for an alignment the ball joint turned into the wheel and destroyed it. Instead of complaining I put a regular replacement on it and paid another 87 dollars for another alignment. Tire shop is great mechanics not so much. And it just doesn't feel right seeing a mechanic carrying a gun inside a garage working. I don't know if he carries it because of his lack of skills and expects trouble. Or if he is just scared of his own shadow.”
“They have tried to help in any way that they can to make sure that they get what you need. I really enjoy talking to the employees and the product is a lot better than some of the others. I greatly appreciate you guys”
“Have our vehicles serviced at Firestone for years in Arizona. First time to Barboursville, WV location and were not disappointed. Had tires I wanted for front and ordered the ones for rear. I only wish they could do complete service on my Mercedes like the store I used in Goodyear, AZ.”

“Danny was great communicating what was happening with my Yukon. He also recommended a great exhaust company 20 miles away that I could get my catalytic converter replaced. Busy garage and very helpful. Great work! Thank you Danny!”
