“It's a little tight inside but the employees are polite, helpful, and informative. They have just about anything you could need including merch 10-40% cheaper then your typical franchise chain. Literally under cut the zone and it's rival by a whole $30 on a single rotor. That's an $80 to a $50 drop!! So other then the feeling of claustrophobia from it being such a tiny shop I recommend Dave's Auto any and everyone doing their own work to the vehicles”

“After being told by a dealership that I needed control arms on my car I took it to Collision Specialists because I have had good experiences there before. After looking at my car they let me know that the repair recommended by the dealer wasn't really necessary. This saved me over $600 dollars. They could have done the work without saying anything but chose not to. The manager and front office staff were great too.”

“We had new tires put on our small motorhome prior to leaving Florida on 5/23/2024, and the right front passenger tire. Apparently the wrong size stem was used. We found ourselves 2 miles from A1 when we decided we could go no further and needed to get the tire fixed. We decided to spend the night in the parking lot of A1, with Scott's (the owner) permission. Scott arrived bright and early the next morning and took care of us immediately. We were back on the road within an hour, and there was no charge.
Of course we rate his business 5 stars. Thank you Scott!”
“Mack at Big Mack’s was very helpful to my dad and I. We were on our way back from NC to Ohio and heard some rattling near our right front tire. Mack got the car up on a jack quickly, took the tire off, and while the problem wasn’t solved, he helped narrow down what the issue was. He got us back on the road in an hour, ensuring we were still safe to drive even though the noise is still there. Many thanks to Mack for the assistance in our mini crisis!!”

“I would recommend John Starks Garage over any shop in Ravenswood or surrounding counties. My A/C went out in these 95° temperatures and I drove to Ravenswood to have Bill Stark look at it. Of course, there was something weird going on with it that other shops would have just started throwing parts at. Bill took his time & investigated every avenue until he pin-pointed the issue. He is extremely smart and has an honest and kind heart. Affordable, Kind, Professional, and extremely efficient. Definitely Recommend!”

They understood and said to just give them a call when I can come. They could have made this an difficult experience but done everything they could to make it easier on me”
