By far the best Stihl dealership I've ever dealt with. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. They back what they sell and will go the xtra mile to keep your business.

I would like to share my recent encounter with Crede Power Equipment Inc in Teays Valley. I'm convinced they're more than just a lawnmower service—they're a covert smuggling syndicate in disguise! How else could they get away with treating customers like dirt while keeping their business afloat? I handed over my precious lawnmower for repairs, blissfully unaware of the nightmare that awaited me.After an agonizing month of anticipation, I returned to claim my fixed lawnmower and was promptly charged a whopping $300. Little did I know that their idea of "fixed" meant playing a hide-and-seek game with my machine in their shop. While I idled outside, innocently preparing my trailer, the sight of their technician jump-starting the "brand new" battery struck me like a bolt of absurdity. Lo and behold, once I arrived back home, that allegedly rejuvenated battery had the audacity to remain as lifeless as the day I handed it over. In disbelief, I summoned another soul to inspect this mechanical travesty, only to discover the engine's dusty state and the battery's decrepit condition, indicating that absolutely nothing had been done.In retrospect, it dawns on me just how peculiar that workshop truly was. Not a soul to be found toiling away, no symphony of machines humming in harmony. Instead, a museum of lawnmowers—both ancient relics and shiny new models—stood as a testament to their dubious operation. The image of those self-assured "wise guys" strutting around the premises deterred me from reclaiming my hard-earned cash. I dared not face the consequences of crossing paths with their lawnmower mafia. To say my experience with Crede Power Equipment Inc left me mowing over with anger would be an understatement. They've managed to transform lawnmower repairs into a comedy of errors, with a sprinkle of criminal intrigue for good measure. Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this enigmatic enterprise unless you're a fan of being clipped, not just by overgrown grass, but also by shady individuals with a taste for mischief.

I walked in with a list of parts for Stihl chainsaws a mile long ranging from a model made in the mid 90’s to a rare for the area late model 880. Had all but a chain. Which was ready for pickup 2 or 3 days later. One of the best Stihl shops I’ve been to and I’ve seen a few.

I called Crede Power the last week of April 2022 to inquire about getting service done on my Cub Cadet riding mower at the recommendation of a neighbor. I was told at that time that there was a 3-week waiting list for service and service was estimated to cost "around $300" (for replacing all 4 tires, oil change, sharpening the blade and general maintenance). I agreed and they said they would come pick it up. On May 9th, they picked up my riding mower. On June 3rd, after hearing nothing from them about the status of my mower, I called to inquire about it. I spoke with Garry (the repair guy) and was told that there was actually a 6-week waiting list for repairs and that he "would get to it as quickly as possible". On June 15th, I called again to get a status update. I was told that they were waiting for the tires to be delivered that day....so, again, I waited patiently. On June 21st, I still had not heard anything. I called yet again and was told by Garry that he was "doing his best" a I would have it by "the end of the week". On June 30th, after still never hearing from them, I called again...but this time I asked to arrange to have my service cancelled and my lawnmower delivered back to my house. I was told by Garry that "I tried to call you a couple of times last week, but never got an answer". That was a bold-faced lie. I would have had a missed call (which I did not) or he could have left a message (which he did not). ~~~After 7.5 weeks, I finally had my riding mower returned. It cost almost $530! I'm not angry about the expense. I knew it would be expensive due to the service it required....but to cost almost DOUBLE the money from the estimate given and take more than DOUBLE the time frame promised is completely ridiculous! Then to be lied to about the calls to my phone on top of it all just pushed the edge. I am more than disappointed in their false promises and lack of customer service. I had to give it ONE star because ZERO stars was not an option. I would never recommend this business.

Went in store to hopefully purchase a new riding mower. One person standing at counter in front of me , No one was waiting on them ,two workers standing at office door talking. After about 10 minutes the two supposed customer service folks finished there conversation and one started helping the person at the counter the other just enored me. I threw my hands up and said is no one going to help me. The one acted all surprised that a customer needed some help. Said to me what do you need buddy, I responded with nothing from here and left. Terrible Customer Service. Went and purchased a new mower from one of there competitors.

Went to there store sat may 8 2020 they were closed. When their son said they would be open. So I went back Monday May 10 th. Walked in . Two people behind the counter. One was busy . The other answered the phone. Then gets off the phone and walked out of the room then comes back. Meanwhile I’m squeezing between riding mowers trying to find prices. Walked around over 10 minutes. No one ever asked if I needed anything or say they’d be with me. So I left. Went to Home Depot to look. Had some lunch. Decided to go back to crede. And basically got the same service. Piss Poor service!
