Living at DLP Wexford was truly a bucolic experience! The surroundings were peaceful, safe, and beautifully maintained, making it a relaxing place to come home to every day. Shane, Cara, and the entire maintenance team went above and beyond. They were not only professional and responsive, but also genuinely kind and attentive. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed, with the bonus of garages and a sparkling clean pool and gym. The location is convenient, but it’s the people and the sense of community that really make Wexford stand out. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, care, and peace of mind! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I just moved from one apartment at Devonshire to a bigger apartment at Devonshire with a garage. It is beautiful! The landscaping is beautiful! The pool is immaculate and I can have my precious fur baby, Bella live with me! The staff is wonderful and very helpful! The maintenance staff is friendly and they are there any time you need them! Excellent place to live!

Wexford at Devonshire is a beautiful place to stay. Quite, clean, serene and conveniently located. Management is professional and attentive to any issues regarding maintenance which is promptly taken care of.

They profess “luxury” living, but that is in rent costs only. During our last snow (4 days ago) they have cleared ZERO sidewalks or staircases. This means it is dangerous for residents to get to any amenities they pay for and it puts everyone at risk because first responders cannot get to apartments. This is not “luxury” treatment. You can get treated like this at a “typical” apartment complex.
They have several side-by-sides they can attach a blade to clear snow if they don’t want to shovel, but to do nothing is just neglect.

Love the community,peace,quietness all the amenities to offer. Just wish the rent didn’t go up. Other then it being expensive for West Virginia residents it’s very nice clean and I would highly recommend.

In my line of business, I am involved with working with lots of properties across all of the USA and it goes without saying that DLP Wexford is the best of the best! The property manager, Kristin and her team including Lauren are so very helpful, professional, pleasant and quick to respond to any of our many requests. If they promise something, it WILL get done. In addition to the great service they provide, the property is beautiful and well kept- shout out to their maintenance team as well. This is a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend DLP Wexford :-)

I've lived here since 2021. I've watched this place slowly go down hill over time (more so in the last year especially). And the price of rent keeps going up. Upon moving here, everything was perfect from the landscaping, to the amenities, management, and maintenance. No complaints what so ever. As far as landscaping goes, we haven't had new mulch in 3 years. They only replaced in places that are more obvious such as the clubhouse and entrance into the community. It's clear they're trying to cut costs. As far as where the residents actually live, it's a muddy dirty mess. Amenities? Where do I start? The pool didn't open up for use til the middle of June, and it's now in July and the kids pool still isn't open for use. Valet trash pickup at the door is a great amenity, but you are forced to pay the $25/month whether the trash actually gets picked up or not which is quite often that they don't. I find myself taking the trash to the dumpster due to the unreliability of that service. This place is really starting to lose it's luster with the random flags that have been in the landscape by building 14, the stairwell in 17 being completely unusable on one side for months. I will update this review of pictures once I get a chance. Now with some of the positive, the clubhouse is a great place to host events and gatherings, the gym is cool if you use it, the gas grills are nice, and so is the business center. I also love the community feel and the neighbors. Do I think this place is a dump? No. Overpriced? Absofreakinglutely.

Management is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance responds fast when I’ve had to put in a work order. The area is really nice and well kept. The dog parks are kept up with and my dog loves them! It’s a great place for a first home.
