Customer service reps are SO passive aggressive. An agent, Sia, cancelled my appointment when I was trying to reschedule. I’ve been without internet in somewhere I’ve been living for 2 weeks! Then an agent named Angel was very unhelpful and passive aggressive when I reached out to discuss their coworkers mistake. Awful team! Need new employees who can actually help. Sorry you dislike your job! Haha

Keep raising the Internet and cable bill, for basic cable and 200 mbs internet they're trying to charge almost 200 dollars. The Internet has been going out a lot the last few months.

Larry (20373) was on time, pleasant and very helpful. The install was difficult however he was able to troubleshoot, run the lines and install seamlessly.

So so so helpful was this store. I had called the help center about a half dozen times and spent hours of my life I will never get back with no resolution to the problem. English was not their first language and I had a hard time understanding them. Some were even a bit patronizing not remembering that I am the customer. I had little hope that my time spent at this Optimum store would be fruitful and I would walk away with any satisfaction. As I walked into the store I was greeted with a smile and a friendly hello and asked how she could help me. After listening to my situation she got it done. All resolved! Done, over, finished. No need to come back, no need to call again. The time spent coming to this store was worth it. I even left feeling good, feeling like the people at this store cared about their customers and that they valued their customers time. This was such a good experience that I actually filled one of these reviews and made it long and wordy as hell like I have nothing better to do with my life. Thank you to this store for making me feel like I was a human instead of a number.OPTIMUM: Outsourcing your customer assistance to the lowest bidder may save you money in the short term but it could cost a lot of business in the long term. The customer service I am looking for is at this store. Learn from them and give them a big raise.
