This company needs to remember the fact that everything they sell is donated. They don't pay a single penny for it. So it doesn't make any sense whatsoever for them to be raising the prices like they are on items they receive for free. Greedy corporations need to burn

I wanted to purchase an item and there was no tag and the boy at the register said he can't sell it without a tag. I said can you get someone to get a price and he said no. HOW DO YOU EXPECT TO SELL ANYTHING LIKE THAT!

Horrible setup. They have things randomly placed on top of the clothes racks instead of putting them together in sections. Even the employees don't know where things are at when you ask them.

Dressing rooms aren't available. I was told I could return within 5 days since I couldn't try on then they turned around and said I can only exchange... would've just not bought if I knew that was the case.

They have shut down their dressing rooms. It was always a pleasure to travel to this location to shop. They do have where you can return clothes within five days, but I’m not gonna go through that effort regardless how far away I live. It’s a big store so there’s that. Bathroom not so nice anymore.The low rating is solely because of the lack of dressing rooms though. Unfortunately, I don’t have a reason to go back , and this was my favorite one.
