Christy Davidson' I cannot defend the drivers actions as I was not there but you might want to try and increase your following distance
Kristin Young they pick up vehicles for an auto auction for insurance companies they are just transportation they don't have the capabilities to scavage parts also upon pickup and delivery vehicles are photographed and inventoried to include keys converters and personal belongings upon arrival at the auto auction vehicles are processed and completely cleaned out if this helps at all
Rodney Keene the same applies in your case as Kristin Young the auto auction completely empties vehicles upon arrival and processing in
Jennifer Creamer the company was interested but what they failed to explain was that they had about a 4-6 hour eta to get to you so they just referred someone closer to you it's unfortunate that the referred company didn't inform you if they were coming out or not
Jada Fore I cannot defend the driver for speeding and swaying and endangering the general public but unless you are a towing and transportation specialist how do you determine if the vehicles are positioned correctly please elaborate I would love to hear about your opinion on the 10 car haulers and how the vehicles should be positioned on those trucks
Karla Santana I feel that you are in the same situation as Kristin Young and Rodney Keene this happens all to often people confuse this company for the auto auction that they contract for and they are 2 very different companies entirely
Norma Burgess it would be helpful to others if you would elaborate on why your vehicle was there was it wrecked possibly and parts were missing because they were broken off and even if it was a police impound they don't sell parts at this company
William Warner just like Norma Burgess this company doesn't sell parts I feel that you confused this company with a local salvage yard
So to recap I believe that most of the 1 star ratings with this company are because of their confusion with other companies with the exceptions of the complaints on drivers and I'm sure that every company with company drivers deals with that as far as Mandy and Dennis Rattler to my understanding disgruntled employee spouse and disgruntled former employee”

“Saved me from having a panic attack on the side of the Winterplace mountain. My vehicle got stuck perpendicular as I was trying to back up to park. It Wouldn’t reverse and every effort to turn just kept sliding my truck forward.

I called panicked after a failed effort from my friends trying to push it out. Beverages towing picked up immediately, said to text him photo of the predicament, and he’d figure out what truck to send.

My friends were determined that with enough people they could push it out enough. I texted Beverages to ask his professional opinion- he offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the steps of operating the vehicle while my friends pushed. Gave me very detailed instructions (for free!!! Like, literally so nice!!!) and then texted me to follow up to also help with possible troubleshooting problems. Amazing customer service. Very appreciative of his help even though he didn’t need to send a tow. Based on customer service alone, the rest of the services must be stellar.🤩”
