Their sausage is some of the best, a perfect blend of meatiness vs herbiness, and will change your life with its perfectly balanced flavors. The pork butt offers a juicy, deep, and complex taste. It doesn't get more local and authentic than this. Highly recommend trying their product.

I love Becky and Ed! They are wonderful people and the foods the prepare for us to cook and eat is always amazing. Can't wait for more ramp sausage!!
