I wanted to personally respond to negative rental reviews in general. I think it's important to note that there are two sides to every story. It should be said that often, people take their frustrations out on a company that tells them no, they have to vacate or no, they didn't get a rental, or, no their credit scores were to low and or, no, because police were called too often to the site. It then seems appropriate that a company that has been in business over 35 years and has had incredible success over these years should be able to respond as such.

I DO NOT suggest doing business with Brad Lewis or Greentree Realty. My successful small business was forced to shut down into my 3rd year because Brad would not enforce his own lease policies to his problem tenant that sold him the building. I grew up with Brad and his family and thought no way anything like this would happen. Several friends who know him as well told me to not to get into business with him but I didn’t listen.

Beware of Brad Lewis! My experience was years ago but thought I'd leave a review now. He will regularly lie to you in person and on contracts. Makes promises that won't be filled. Very rude in person and will try to intimidate you.

Wendy Williams has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She started as our land lord for a rental that we were at for 3 years. As a land lord, she was quick to have any repairs or issues addressed. No hassles. When we decided to start looking for our 1st home, we worked with her as our Realtor. She went above and beyond what an average realtor does. She was great, very knowledgeable in the homes and area. Was exceptional working with the other realtors. And had great patience with my very particular husband.
