My husband and I have been to music including the Appalachian Chamber Music Festival, professional theater through the Contemporary American Theater Festival, films of professional theater filmed in London before a live audience, comedy shows, documentaries, and award winning movies. To say that this beautifully restored Opera House in the heart of Shepherdstown is charming is an understatement. And now that they have a liquor license my husband can enjoy wine or beer and I can enjoy the freshly made popcorn and snacks.

A great intimate venue in Shepherdstown, great acoustics and surprisingly comfortable seats. A great place to experience live performances, and near some of the best restaurants and shops in town.

Closed for renovation. Anticipated opening in late summer 2022. Keep your eyes on this one folks. The owner is a very creative and forward thinker. This theater will be quite the gem.

I am a performing musician and have played at this spot make 5 times or more. I look forward to coming here because it is so niche and unique. Buy a concert ticket, see a great band, and have a good beer. I watched FreekBass and Buckwheat Zydeco there so that gives you an idea of the acts that play there. Must go!
