Walgreens is a drug store offering pharmacy services, health and wellness products, and photo printing. Customers find the photo quality to be good and the employees are polite and pleasant, often described with a smile and handling transactions respectfully. The pharmacist is noted for being helpful, able to assist with prescription issues in a kind manner that saves customers difficulty. However, the store itself is frequently described as a mess, looking like a tornado came through. The manager is very nice. For some customers, Walgreens saves the day and helps them through a difficult time, exceeding expectations with personal service that makes a significant difference.

Staff is wonderful, always courteous and hard working. The store is clean and bright. The only downside are the pharmacy hours but, nothing in life is perfect. Glad we have a Walgreens in Shepherdstown.

Decent Walgreens location. A bit on the smaller end but had what we were looking for!
