This specific store is always clean and organized. The staff members are extremely friendly, welcoming, patience, super helpful and knowledgeable. I am 10 miles away from this specific location but I don’t mind driving all the way to this Walgreens location because of the staff members. Mr. Drew and Cole are the one that I always see working when I visit the store. They treat everyone with respect and kindness. They just always makes my day! Thank you Mr. Drew and Cole!

Go anywhere else to get your meds. Terrible communication and customer service in the pharmacy.

I order pictures here frequently and occasionally magnets. The store itself is usually a mess, looks like a tornado came through there. The picture quality is always good though and the employees are polite.

savana is always so pleasant whenever I come into the store. She always has a smile on her face and handles each transaction respectfully. I would love to see her around the store more often because she is one of my favorite employees that work in the establishment

My recent visit to this Walgreens in Shepherdstown was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this store is poorly managed and maintained.
The staff were shockingly rude. When I asked for help locating a specific item, the worker I spoke to rolled their eyes and sighed heavily, making it clear they were annoyed by my request. They pointed vaguely and muttered something under their breath before walking away, leaving me to fend for myself.
After wandering the disorganized aisles, I finally found the product I was looking for, only to discover it had expired in 2021. When I brought this to the attention of another employee, they were completely dismissive and didn't even bother to apologize. Instead, they just shrugged and walked away, leaving the expired product on the shelf.
With only one register open and a long line of disgruntled customers, it took ages to pay for my items. The cashier was slow and had a terrible attitude, further adding to the unpleasant experience.
At the checkout, I was so frustrated with the entire experience that I asked for the manager's name. The cashier told me the manager's name is Cole. I hope Cole sees this review and decides to better manage his employees and store, addressing the issues of rude staff, expired products, and overall poor cleanliness.

Absolutely worst experience my wife and I dropped off our wedding photos at the end of February expecting to hear back in the next couple of weeks excited to look back at the memories from our day and after months of hearing nothing finally went in today and to our horror they had been thrown away no one had let us know they even came in I’m extremely disappointed in this company and very hurt

The staff here are friendly but overall I continue to have bad experiences here. Very poor communication regarding medication statuses and inability to get medications refilled. I am stuck using this pharmacy due to insurance restrictions but I am actively looking for alternatives. It is evident that corporate Walgreens does not provide enough support for their staff nor hire enough people to effectively run a pharmacy.

Can’t fault the employees when corporate doesn’t seem to care, but at this point, I don’t understand why people bother with these chain pharmacies. Large selection of convenience items, but at typical inflated drugstore prices. You’ll have excessive wait times, you’ll overpay, and they aren’t capable of anything that a locally owned pharmacy can’t also do faster and better. Go to Shepherdstown Pharmacy down the road. I’ve watched so many friends struggle here and I only stop in when I want overpriced boxed wine and don’t want to drive.

They send a text saying my medication is ready, whe I go to pick up, they want me to come back on 30-60mins!! Their computers are always"frozen" and they can't retrieve my information! So inefficient and really inconvenient when you are sick or post surgery!!!

I completely understand why Walgreens is going out of business!! Worst customer service I have ever had. First the pill monkeys do not work most of the week and when the pill monkeys are there they have no idea how to do anything besides count to 10. When it comes to anything administrative they are clueless.

I traveled to Shepherdstown from out of state and my luggage got lost in Newark, NJ by the airline I was traveling to with. Although my bags were eventually going to Dulles (2 hrs away), the airline refused to bring my bags out to Shepherdstown. Since I had to be in Shepherdstown for the week, I worked with my doctor to get replacement prescriptions filled here. My doctor told me that the insurance probably wouldn’t cover anything since it was too soon since my last refill and to expect to pay full price ($100+). However, the pharmacist was able to bill it as a lost prescription and I only had to pay my normal copay. Although it was a little thing, this Walgreens saved the day for me and got me through the week until I could get my luggage.

Dumpster fire:
Wellp, international flight canceled because waiting on PCR test results. If I could give you people negative stars I would.
Family trip for new year's eve. 72 hour window for results, test on Monday, flight on Wednesday. Turned away from an on-boarding flight, due to this.
$6,000 international flights made a month in advance. Didn't even matter that we showed up early to airport or not.
Oh, it's not Walgreens' fault? Then whomever is culpable of your 3rd party contract for PCR testing. [I'll find out].
For all passively culpable; I hate your covid cottage industry and wish only the worst for you this holiday [ New Year's 2022/2023] and the year of 2023.
May you keep the fat on, fail your new years promises, lose a substantial sum of money, lose things in a random meteorite fire, and get electrocuted somehow.
Many middle fingers and expletives. Blame it on [cv] and not the medical/pharma toilet regime, then you're the problem.
