What can I say? There are no words to express how awesome it is to have a hardware store in Shinnston that is open all the time. I have lived in this town for 20+ years and before Ace moved into town I was always running to the big hardware store after 3 o'clock to get some meaningless parts for a project wasting 2 hours in the process. The people at Ace are always super friendly and eagerly willing to help you out( they will even load your car unlike Lowes)
Mary will remember your name, and the dog is always willing to take a pat on the head when he is there. They don't always have everything I need but 8 out of 10 trips they do. Great place great store, awesome people.

Waylon was awesome last time I was there! ?
Ace is the best place for great service! Bought me a Stihl FS131R there, runs awesome. Prices are on par with big retail as well. Highly recommended!

Shout out to my local Ace hardware! We are frequent customers, sometimes even daily,But and recently have come across some hard times in which both of our vehicles have go crapped out. Was supposed to get somebody to take me to the Ace hardware this morning to get food for everyone, the animals, and unfortunately they didn't show up and I had a hungry flock. I called my local Ace hardware to try to figure out what the delivery limit was see if I could afford to have stuff delivered and when the owner and his wife recognized who it was they told me not to worry about that, asked what I needed, took my payment over the phone, and had it delivered to me personally within maybe 10 minutes of calling. The owner's wife especially I want to thank for dropping what she was doing to run feed out to me today. Sometimes the small kindnesses are the greatest ones because you just never know how much of an impact you have. It's worth paying the higher prices they have for that kind of service any day.! Thank you so much guys! Happy chickens!!!
