Work took a week but personal items were stolen. Called to ask and they blamed it on the homeless living around there when the truck is supposed to be locked.

I genuinely enjoy the owner and his work family. They are pleasant to speak with, compassionate and are very considerate in their pricing. The services they offer are in a league of their own. Definitely, check this place out, you will not regret it!

Rick and his team were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had a collision with a deer and my car looks brand new now. If I have the need for these services again I wouldn’t hesitate to use ricks collision again.

Unprofessional, expensive and timely. I had a vehicle towed to this place because it had the earliest availability per the insurance company. They gave me a long estimate for the repair then exceeded it - it took twice as long. When it was finally ready they called and wanted it picked up immediately but I was out of town working. They gave conflicting stories about how and when it could be picked up and I ended up losing a set of keys in the chaos. If you want to wait months for your vehicle then a run around about when it will be available and how you can pick it up go here.

I highly recommend Rick's Collision in Shinnston. They gave me a quick estimate and told me that my car would be done in 3 days and they were spot on. They did such a great job on the paint and they also detailed my vehicle. I will definitely use them for any body work in the future.Service: Painting

I had a minor accident causing front end and fender damage along with scratches. Several people told me to use Rick’s and it was well worth the wait. The truck looks new. When we got it home and could look at it in the sunlight, we found some additional minor things. I called Rick’s and they were super to work with. We walked the entire truck. The work and customer service at this place is excellent, and I would definitely use them again.Services: Painting
