“The facility speaks for itself! Clean. Easy access. Plenty of room. All the goods! Where are you find the separation in these places is with the management. So my experience with minimall storage didn’t start off as well as I thought it should …had trouble getting a lease and a receipt and etc. etc. etc. 1-800 customer service calls unanswered. But the manager of the facility, Rick was able to alleviate all my worries with just one phone call. He stayed on the line with me and made sure I got all my problems taken care of properly! Top-notch service right when I needed it! It’s easy to build a storage unit and keep it clean not so easy to deal with all the hassles. And when you got hassles, that’s the kind of service you want! Thanks again Rick really appreciate all your help!”
“Rick and the team did an excellent job, are dedicated and worked to get me hooked up and ready to roll. I arrived the day before to do a fit check, and I highly recommend this as you can quickly determine if you need anything special. They have an excellent store with almost everything you would need, and competitive prices, for a successful move, big or small.
