This bank is the laziest and most rude bank there is. Everytime I go there I get treated differently. If you had a medical emergency they wouldn't call 911 unless you had a account there. My parents have been banking with them for 27 years and they wouldn't even give me a money order because I didn't have an account. A few years ago I got a notary, no problem. I go in again and they inform me I can't get a notary because I don't have a account. I told them I did it before and magically they were able to do it. And today I couldn't even get a money order. You guys are lazy and should be ashamed of yourselfs. Because of this and your employees I will never bank with Wes Banco so bravo. This is not how you get new customers.

This place is always so rude! You would think at a "bank" you could get services but each time I have gone to this bank they have treated me differently. Once I was served change, today I was refused service because I don't have an account with such a rude bank. I mean really you can hand over 50 1's for ten dollar bills so I don't have to make a special stop after work to my bank in town. I was trying to utilize my lunch break.
