“While traveling through West Virginia heading to Virginia my car broke down on the WV Turnpike. Want to first give a shout out to the turnpike curtesy drivers they were great. I had two to stop by and the last one called me a tow truck and stayed with me until it came! Now, to Bob’s what an awesome experience from the time my car was taken off the truck! Within a few minutes they had the issue diagnosed and an estimate on what it would cost for repairs. They ordered the parts and fixed my car the same day and I was off to VA. Want to say thinks to all that was involved in taking care of my car. Also, enjoyed all of the nice people that I had conversation with while waiting!”

“Once appt was made they were proficient in doing job. Was done in 25 min once they arrived on time. Did not know I would need to get new Inspection Sticker but is against WV Law to remove and replace. Job was done well but need to let people know about Sticker. All in all would rate Company a 5”

They also do brakes and inspection stickers as well as tune ups. Dad highly recommends them and he's "old school" would recommend also.”
