REVERSE MOUNTAIN! If you know, then you know. If you don't, then drive to the top and Send It. Awesome hill with a crazy long and awesome run on the backside. 1.5 mile or more. Cupp Run only opens well into the season. Overall it is an awesome mountain and the best closest place to ski coming from the south east. Highly recommend Snowshoe to everyone. When trying to get there, do not use GPS. Go to the snowshoe website and look for info titled " Getting Here " and use the website instructions. Otherwise you will be driving up and down switchbacks the entire last few hours or more. I've worked there and skied there since 1988. Trust me on the NO GPS! Cell service is limited and spotty, so set your phone to make wifi calls and you will enjoy it, or just go off grid and keep on Sending It! Oh and don't let Silvercreek gone uncarved. Hardly anyone at the Creek mid week. Great learning mountain and lots of space and freedom. Rage on people! ????✝️?⚡? *Pic is at the bottom, behind The Ball Hooter Lift, and there is definitely more than meets the eye.

If this place is expected to grow any more or even maintain existing, then the owners need to really clean house. figuratively and literally. Restuarants were dirty (dirty dishes on the table 2 feet from us on both sides stayed there stinking until we were done. Walkways were cluttered (hazardous). Bathrooms have no changing tables for the little ones. No phone signal anywhere (no GPS or texting others w us). Most employees (around 75%) was so rude i thought i was a joke a few times but it wasn't. NOT A PLACE YOU WOULD WANT TO GO IF YOU CAN HELP IT. but even if you can't help it don't do it. for the price (a whole other issue) you would think things would be ran a lot different. Was a huge eye opener for us. Save your $ guys believe me you will be dissapointed

Had the opportunity to visit Snowshoe a few years ago with some family members during the Christmas holiday. The location couldn’t be more better being nestled in the West Virginian mountains. Our accommodations were comfortable and nice. The ski slopes were nice and forgiving especially for a first timer like myself. The restaurants within the resort served delicious food and hot drinks just right for the season. Overall, an unforgettable experience!

Pretty cool place, prices on the food and shops were not as bad as i anticipated.
I stayed at the inn at the bottom and it was quite a bit in hidden fees, a room on the mountain is 200+$ in hidden fees.
I attended the first hillfest and had a pretty good time. It was a bit disorganized but not a disaster.

Went there in late 90's after Intrawest dumped a ton of money on. Western Slope has...well long Western style runs. Great Aquatic pool ....base is at top of Mountain and can be foggy like Grabd Targhee. Probably best in m8d Atlantic.
