Well I have a family of 6 which makes 6 lines on my account. And I’ve been through heck and back with so many stores on different issues with no one that would take time out to care enough to help get a solution to my problems. Well that all changed when I went to store 57 and met Rob Grim and his crew Leah and Cody. I have had numerous issues that no one could figure out except this crew who are very friendly and always willing to help. And every problem I’ve had Rob has went above and beyond to fix. He is always patient and funny and takes customer service to a whole other level. My family and I really appreciate everything that him and his crew have done for us. If you want quality service then this store and crew are the place to be!! ???

Took myElderlyMother at 6pm and the door was locked and a sign will be back in 30 mins was on door. Abt 20 mins later employee comes out locks door says she will be right back for a 30 minute emergency. By then it would have almost been closing time. This store has gone down hill, and no one to ever work.

Lousy deals on expensive screen protectors that keep on breaking or lifting. $8 charge every time and this was the fourth after buying the "free lifetime" version. Just not so. Get your screen protectors at Cricket near South Ridge. Better prices and Ricky and Shane know what they're doing.

Colten was the best person I’ve worked with at this store! We had to wait a little over an hour to get my information transferred from my old phone to my new phone and he was awesome the entire time. Undoubtedly one of the best workers you have.

This location is the best! Colten was working with us and had to work over an hour past closing, he had the best attitude and was so helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help us find a resolution and even called to check in on us the next day! The next day we did have to go back in to att store due to former provider not att, and Devon was also so very helpful, finally we worked with Kelsey as well and she was so polite and professional and helpful. Each team member was so personable and empathetic. I felt like they treated us the same way they would treat their own family/friends. I am so surprised to find not 1 but 3 absolutely wonderful professionals who all provided us with exceptional customer service. I don’t know how much you’re currently paying them but it is not enough you should really give them a bonus or show some type of appreciation whatever you have to do to keep them happy because to find 3 employees that work that hard and with such care is so refreshing to see and so very valuable to your company! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I think one is the manger. “Maddie”was texting and aggravated she had to get up. Then went got a mask and started talking to another customer. After another store refused to return accessories, we reached out to the mccorkle store. The employees were absolutely incredible. They were willing to help us and we will be heading there soon. Devon is an incredible manager and is the only person I'd want to have helping us again! Her and her staff are the best

Maybe management should have more than 1 person working in the evenings. The staff was friendly, but it took more than 1 1/2 hours to help the one person who was in front of me. In the time I have been waiting the line has grown to 5 people. And some people have left. Again not the staffs fault, but at some point it gets ridiculous.After waiting over 90 minutes I am told that they didn't sell prepaid phones at this store even though 1. I could have bought the phone online and picked it up within 2 hours and 2. I called this morning about a specific phone and told it was in stock.The second staff who came into the store was rude.
