Just walked out of this store with no service from anyone. There were 3 men in the store when we arrived. One greeted us asking what we were needing, when we told him he said one of the two gentlemen with customers would help us when they were finished and walked into the back. Stood there 20 minutes until one finished up only to have him pick up his tablet and walk into the back room leaving us standing there. We waited another 15 minutes and left. This is not the first time we’ve had this happen. Worst customer service ever. Undeserving of any stars

Was told my first bill would be between $209-$237, it was $314. Was told every bill after that would be $162-$165, now they tell me it will be $209. Creed and his supervisor are dishonest.

Girl that helped us seemed to be more worried about leaving than helping us find a plan and answering questions. No personality at all. The gentleman that signed us up was friendly and more informative. Only reason I gave them one star.

RE: AT&T @ SOUTHRIDGE, South Charleston, West Virginia. Manager Ken was very helpful over the phone before actually coming to the store.
Once at store, associate Andie was a lifesaver for me. He listened to me and understood my issues. The store became very busy while being helped by Andie, but I never felt rushed and I received individual attention regardless of the number of people inline and that entered the store. Andie proceeded professionally, issue by issue correcting each item to my satisfaction. Andie was able to correct my current plans issues and set me up with 2 new services. He was very knowledgeable about the AT&T product and services. He was able to answer all of my questions with ease. He kept me in the loop during each step of the process. I would definitely like to work with Andie again for any of my questions or concerns. I am 100% satisfied with the service provided by Andie.

Terrible service. I came in to buy a phone case for my pregnant wife and it took 2 hours. I kept asking if someone could help me and they kept saying someone will be right with me and they kept servicing people that came in after I did. I do not recommend coming here. Go elsewhere.

Don't go to this location. We got put in the que waiting for someone to come help us. We had been waiting about 20 minutes and nothing in the que had moved and then someone walked in 20 minutes after us and instantly got taken. When we asked we got told oh the manager is probably the only one who could help that person. Regardless if that was the case it wasn't right that they got to skip over 3 people who had been waiting. Some of them were there before we even came in so who knows how long they were waiting and still got skipped over. We ended up leaving and went elsewhere. Will never try to come back to this location.

Cliff at Southridge South Charleston, WV was brilliant. Incredibly helpful. He opened the door for me, we sat down and he listened intently answering all my questions taking care of all my phone needs.

Jade… at the South Charleston AT&T was amazing!! Super sweet, knowledgeable and very helpful!! Make sure to see her if you are having any issues!! The entire staff was very polite!!!
