My issue was not solved. They recommended replacing spark plugs because they were due, but said that may or may not be the cause of the check engine light. The cost of spark plug replacement would be over $1,000, though a quick Google search says even the most expensive spark plug replacement should be half that. And I was still charged $150 for the diagnostic fee, even though I have the certified preowned warranty. I will not be back, and I will warn everyone I know.

Would give them 0 if I could. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM!! They are the worse people ever to stand behind their vehicles. I purchased a 2023 Forte from them. It only has 9000 miles on it and electrical system went out. Almost caused a semi to rear end me on interstate. I had it towed to them and they refuse to give me a rental. Said they have to make sure it's under warranty!! It's only a yr. old. I have had to miss work. I checked with a rental company and it's over $30o for 4 days and they are not sure when they can get to it to even check it because there is 17 cars in front of me!! Sounds like they need to be shut down by the Attorney General. I have messaged Chris Miller and he won't even answer me. He's definitely not getting my vote for Governor!!! If he can't run a business any better then that he sure doesn't need to be governor!!!David Botkins

Came in with son.. was sent a a desk to get assisted by a guy that was there outside when we walked in. I guess he was the only one who could help us as I noticed 6-7 uninterested employees doing nothing.Guy comes back and say’s I’ll be back, gotta go get gas for this other customer…

This is actually for Dutch Miller Jeep. Very poor service after you purchase your vehicle from these people. Chris Miller is going to make a run for governor of West Virginia, he will not get my vote just because his company will not back up the product you buy from these people.

I was so nervous to go buy a car. But Travis was so kind and helpful in helping me find a car I loved for a price I could easily afford. Tyler, Travis, and the finance department was made this the BEST car buying experience!

These guys are very knowledgeable and get your vehicle done quickly. Especially with the parts shortages. They still were able to get mine done fast.

Needed my Jeep diagnosed for an issue it was having. My husband made an appointment but sent me the wrong day. The service tech still fit me in and found the problem. Ordered my parts and said will contact me when parts are in. Great customer service

Worst service department I have ever dealt with. I've had 7 jeeps over the years. Doubt will ever have another if I have to deal with this place. Every time I take it for service they either don't get to it, or don't fix it. Last time dropped off two hours before my scheduled oil change at 10 and told them would pick up after 3. Never even touched my car. Then had the audacity to tell me that drive ins sometimes don't get done same day. It wasn't a drive in, I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. Today? Engine light on over weekend and temperature gauge was off. Scheduled appt for 8am today. Dropped off LAST EVENING. Called at 11. Said they replaced a part, would drive at 1pm to make sure it fixed the temp. I explicitly asked, IF it's not fixed will you call me as I have to find a ride back to get it. Oh sure, will call you. Did they? H88l no! Got a ride down. Car not ready, didn't drive it at 1pm, would drive now and check, but no, would have to sit again. Had to call someone else to come back and get me, won't be ready until tomorrow, maybe. Furious. Absolutely detest this service department. Never again.

Came in to have a tire pressure sensor renewed on a used Jeep that I just bought 2022 Rubicon. Sensor failed 3 times since bought the Jeep in the last 3 months. Made an appointment to come in have the sensor renewed.. Was told that they could not renew the sensor because it did not show a code. Very disappointed in the service department . Was treated much better during the sales part of the purchase . Waiting for a call back from the general manager to see if I can get this resolved.

We went in February to purchase a car. They didn't have what we wanted and Whitley was wonderful showing us everything. When it came to purchase the brand new jeep we had picked out, we already had financing. They said they couldn't take our financing and we had to use one they picked. Then they offered us the most insulting price on a trade in, 7500 for something that was worth 18,000. Then they turned around and priced it to sell at 24,000. They pulled our chain around for 8 hours just waiting around on a fair price and Interest rate. When We bought the additional exterior and interior treatments and coating, they refuse to answer a call for scheduling or just say they don't have any openings. 1/10 would recommend.

This is absolutely the WORST dealership I have ever tried to do business with. Took our Jeep down there to get a diagnosis, and they said it would be days before they could get to it. The alternator was going out and only had 10V and they let us pull off the lot. We did not even make it to the next Jeep dealership and had to be towed. Thankfully Walker Jeep was able to come and tow us to their lot and they put it on the lift immediately and diagnosed it. This is the last time we will ever take any of our vehicles to them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
