They were able to set my appointment, but bailed. You can do it online, or over the phone. Come to find out SHE over charged me and did it all wrong. There were missing forms that needed done. I'm so glad I saved myself the extra 300. Try avoiding here. It's not worth it.

I won’t go into all the details of my situation but I have used H&R Block for several years now. Well, I had a few serious questions. Instead of hearing me and listening to my concerns, they completely disregarded me altogether. They didn’t put any effort into sincerely finding the answers I was seeking. Well, thankfully, everything worked out in the end but no thanks to them. I know mistakes are made so I have never posted any reviews on any businesses. I never want to make anyone look bad but this was one time I just had to. I’m not very knowledgeable about things involving taxes so I was depending on the professional opinion and put trust in what they were telling me but none of it was correct. It did cost me a little bit of money but it could have been so much worse in the end but like I said, I was able to figure things out on my own. I think that when customers enter their business, they should hear and understand what the person has to say, try to figure out the answer instead of just blowing someone off. If they’re not able to find the answer, they should just say as much but not give some response just off the top of their head just to get the customer in and out.
