Not this bank specifically but Huntington Bank is the absolute worst and a joke. They do what they want with your account and then only give I’m sorry or 3-5 business days. Pulling my account ASAP, I hope everyone else does as well. It’s only a matter of time before your account is messed up as well. I would LOVE to give negative stars but of course that isn’t allowed.

I love this bank I have been here for almost 30 some years people have always been very friendly and helpful love coming to the South Charleston location southridge as good but it's a busy place but South Charleston is the best place to do your banking

If I could give this location a negative 1000 I would. I have never had a pleasant experience at this location since opening my account. They are rude, dismissive, and to put it simply they just don't care. They forgot to send my ID back in the tube and called me after I left and told me that I needed to pick it up. I went back a week later and they had shredded it and then told me I only had three days to come and pick it up. However, when they initially called me they made no mention of the three day rule. I called today to figure out what was going on with my account and they put me on hold then dropped me in the customer service que. Hands down hate this location. Thankfully Southridge helped me.

By far the slowest drive through ever. Due to covid they don’t want you going inside so you have to use the drive through. Prior to covid I went inside 3 people at the front desk all told me it would be one moment and the one person helping customers would be with me in a moment. Then they proceed to have a conversation about products they were seeing while online shopping in front of me while I waited. Thank you for valuing my time. By the way I wrote this while sitting in line at the drive through and still have not moved. Never a good experience.

So slow. Hardly ever get in and out. They do too much talking with the regulars. They are friendly though.
