My interaction with the sales person , Josh Miller was great. It was a very cold and snowy day, yet he was patient with me even when I couldn't make up my mind on which color to pick. So was the manager. The whole buying experience was really nice.

I was told they didn't accept my bank and was offered an insanely bad rate through there bank obviously I didn't go back but a couple days later my bank contacted me with a fraud alert since they had hard checked my credit 8 times dropping it 48 points assumingly because I didn't buy the car wich honestly I loved but wouldn't do it with cash after that experience

My salesman, Benny Morton, was great. However, his manager, first or last name Warren, was not. The disrespect and argumentative nature he displayed was appalling. When all purchase paperwork was finalized, I walked outside to give the vehicle a final look over after they cleaned it up for me and found scratches on the front bumper. Warren informed me that all new cars have imperfections and that the average person wouldn’t even see the scratches. I said that was unacceptable and had to basically argue and negotiate for any kind of resolution. I also found scuff marks on the plastic material on the interior driver seat (this was after two attempts were made driving my vehicle to the body shop to “buff out” the scratch marks, which didn’t work). By the time I left the dealership, I was in tears. The only person who seemed to care and even ask me if I was okay and needed anything was an older lady who was inside cleaning windows. This vehicle makes the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Joe Holland, and sadly they have now lost any future business from me because of Warren.

After making an oil change appointment, I arrived on time and was met promptly by the service dept. I requested to have the tires rotated while there and was made aware that was fine. I then sat for 1.5 hours waiting on the service. I believe this is entirely too long for a scheduled service. Then I was asked to come to the service desk where I was informed that I was in need of an engine and cabin air filter, as well as wiper blades front and back. I then asked if the rear wiper blade typically would wear out in 10,000 miles, since it was changed there at the previous oil change. It was brought to my attention that in the service area they couldn’t see that in their records, but at the service desk he could see that it was. So, he apologized because there was NO WAY they actually checked the integrity of the wiper blades. Only that they didn’t have it on record it hadn’t been changed and was more than welcome to charge me for a service that WAS NOT NEEDED!! So I immediately declined any of the other items, because I am sure that they weren’t checked either. As I left the service desk it was another 45 minutes before my vehicle was pulled around for me to pay and leave. After being told, just before the UP Sale was attempted, that the oil change and tire rotation was complete. I will take my service for my vehicle elsewhere from now on!!!!!

Your dealership is friendly and courteous however when I brought it in recently for a tire issue, the managers were unaware of a VW tire warranty. I had to go back and forth via several calls with not only your dealership but another VW dealership to stress the tires were under warranty. It was not until the other dealership talked to Joe Holland’s staff did your dealership honor the warranty that was in fact a VW warranty.
