LAVISH
We rented the venue for a baby shower for my daughter yesterday. I was never so disappointed in a place as I was when I got there. The floors were dirty, the windows, nothing was not cleaned at all. The area you had to prepare the food was the same area your guests entered. It was cluttered, the sink leaked, the stove set in the middle of the passageway. I don't know how you could rent out a venue, in this condition.
At first they told us we had an hour to decorate, but they did allow us an extra hour to set up. We still had to scramble like crazy to get everything done beforehand.
There's no way you should ever have an entrance for your guests in the kitchen area. A hallway would have been so much better.
The garbage cans were so nasty, they had stains all over them and smelled bad. There was only a small bathroom and the commode seat kept sliding when you sat down on it.
I could go on and on for pages and pages but I'm sure you get the message I'm trying to send.
I will make sure I tell everyone I know about the conditions we encountered there.

We had the pleasure of having the owner Courtney work with my wife and I for our NYE wedding. She went above and beyond and had our wedding vision come together flawlessly. We had such a positive experience working with Courtney that we booked her venue, Lavish, for our New Year eve anniversary party. We are looking forward to many more party's using Courtney and her business.

Great space for an event and not badly priced. We had a few issues in communication and the “kitchen” area was completely cluttered with owners personal decor items. Everyone had difficulty finding the location due to the back entrance where you park not having any signage. We also rented a chair but it was very wobbly and couldn’t actually be used for sitting, my concern over that issue was expressed but completely ignored. Overall, it is a nice space but better communication and overall customer service would improve the experience greatly.

Had such a good time with Friends and family for our Baby shower at Lavish. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the vibes were just right. I had a lot of family come in for this event and they were able to find the venue no problem. We loved all the decorations. It really helped make our dream come true.
