This place is a joke and honestly is probably cutting corners and over charging. Because any business that doesn't have a website can't be trusted. And honestly probably don't even have insurance or a business license. There using free Google listing so that should show you they don't have confidence or take pride in the guilty of work they do. If there cutting corners on the business side then grant you there cutting corners on the detailing side and charging top charge for vehicles that was already clean to begin with definitely would keep scrolling because THERE A JOKE AND I WOULDN'T TAKE MY DOG TO THIS PLACE TO HAVE HIS NUTS WASHED

Vehicles look good when picked up. Scheduling of ceramic coating is about a month out from the time you schedule. Very easy to work with though.

Walked in there looking for tires, the guy appeared from the back & rudely told me they were next door. Even though I apologized, older gentleman ( and I use that term loosely) turned his back on me as I was speaking & he grumpily left the room. Wouldn't buy anything from them.

I wish there were a negative star rating. I had a family member call and tell them his car (old beater rarely driven) had mold inside. He was told they would do it for $200. After dropping car off he was contacted next day and told they were not going to be able to do it after all. Why would you knowingly accept a job that includes mold then not do the work. Was quite an inconvenience that wasn't necessary. But not even the worst part. The owner proceeded to take multiple photos and post to his personal Facebook and made derogatory statements and insults. Who treats a customer like that? Unprofessional and rude.

LST Auto Spa did a very nice detailing of my 2013 Prius. It was full of pine needles, soil mix, little stones, and was extremely dusty when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was shiny on the outside and as clean as can be on the inside, including inside the glove boxes, in the tracks for the sun roof, in the door jambs, etc. They restored my headlight covers from dull yellow to clear, too.

I took a new vehicle to LST auto spa for paint correction and ceramic coating. John, the owner spoke with me about options and told me ceramic coating was the way to go. It would last years and keep the car looking new. I agreed and left the car with him. After 5 days, I contacted John and he told me the car was ready for pickup. Upon seeing the car, I was surprised in how it looked. I was very disappointed as it did not look like cars I saw in youtube videos done in ceramic shops. John told me it would look better after the ceramic coating had time to cure. I also saw imperfections in the paint which I had paid to be repaired. Regretfully, I took the car home. When my Wife saw the car, she could not believe we had paid $1200 for such incompetent work and on a new expensive vehicle with near perfect paint. After several months, I took the car back to LSA Auto Spa and told John I was not happy with the work and it had not improved over time and he said it would do. He asked me what I had done to it to make it look so dingy. I told him I had only hand washed with with auto soap using the 3 bucket method. He said I had damaged the ceramic coating and I should have brought it to him for maintenance. As I had done much research and spoken to an upscale ceramic shop in Cincinnati, I knew this was BS. He said he could try to polish the car but it would probably need a new coating costing another $1000. I told him it was not any fault of mine and he should redo the work for free. Well, he did not agree to this and I left never to return. At me Wife's insistence, I took the car to the shop in Cincinnati for an estimate. On examining the car, the ceramic specialist said he could not remember seeing such a poor job, he did not think the coating used was a high grade nor was it done correctly. He also said there was no paint correction done and he showed me numerous examples proving this. He said he saw many low quality ceramic coatings done by inexperienced shops. To make a long story short, I had the ceramic coating done by this shop and the results were amazing and I had hoped the first time. In the future, I would never take any vehicle to LST Auto Spa for any reason and do not recommend this business. They may be capable of washing a car but no more. Customer beware and do your research. Remember, pay once cry once!

wasn't going to add insult to injury, but since we are throwing stones, tint machine is broken, which is out of thier control.issue lies with the peeling off of tint on a brand new vehicle so bad I had to pay to go get it done elsewhere. when I had a warranty with LST to fix any issues. could have worked with me since it was warrantied and done it without a machine, no customer service to fix my issue.it was coming off, half way off, and I was expected to leave it that way untill thier machine was fixed.so.... 1. was a bad tint Job.2. no customer service.

They may be able to wash a vehicle ,I don't know. But if a tint job is what you want i would recommend going down the road . My weatherstripping looked like Freddy Krueger was trimming the tint. And did I mention they ended up and not even being able to tint my windows ?....so all and all, a lesson earned is a lesson learned

Overall they were okay. I got my genesis g80 detailed by them. The seats had a small spot of wear in them which they told me about, and I knew about already. BUT my seats inside looked like they weren't even touched. They are usually scrubbed and conditioned at other places. The exterior detail looked very good at first, but I am almost certain the wax/coating they used was either cheap or non-existent. Within 2 hours of having the car the shine went away. The car is about 2 years old but I've had it detailed before with a nice hard wax that lasts at least a week or two. Pricing was decent, 120$ for full detail. They had my car for about 9 hours, but it looked like a quick 45 minute detail. I wouldn't go back. I have since got a new Genesis G80 sport and I'll be looking elsewhere for a detail.
