“Smooth process from 1. initial visit (by Thom) who helped us come up with choices to manage what was packed by Allied versus what we could do ourselves and lower cost 2. Clear communications with Joyce around detailed scheduling 3.Dish, China, and breakable packing (Don and Natalie) quick and efficient and (so far) nothing found damaged and 4. Loading (2 days with origin shuttle required) and transport and efficient, professionally done unloading at destination. Josh (driver and lead) along with Melvin (Great team!)(along with Joe at origin and Chris at destination) were thorough and good with communications during process and as quick with the load and unload as could be done. The floors and walls of both houses were well protected and preserved with no damage seen there or with our belongings during load, trans load, transport, and unload. Also the final cost of move was updated based on actual packed inventory and weight and not an estimate since we ended up doing most of packing ourselves along with one trip ourselves hauling some bulkier items. “Outstanding experience. Showed up on time ready to assist. Cody went above and beyond. After moving some things out, he then asked if he could help with sweeping and cleaning up. Highly recommend. They do have a 2 hour minimum which is understandable. Will call this team whenever I need moving assistance. A+”

“Used the storage unit for a few months while moving. Just be aware of a few things when leaving your stuff here.
Rats got into some of my stuff, so be sure to seal up any clothing or food you leave. The facility does not pro-rate rent if you move out a day after you pay for another month, so plan accordingly.
The gate access isn't 24 hours per day, and gate code keypads are finicky. You may have to punch the pound button several times after entering your code to get the gate to open.
Otherwise, staff was great to work with and let us leave our enclosed trailer there without charging us a few days when moving stuff up, so we didn't have to drive around town with the trailer.
I'd use the facilities again being mindful of the above.”

“Hub Group assigned these guys to do the final delivery of my mattress purchased from JCPenneys. The two men were very friendly and professional. Felt bad making them carry the mattress up 30 straight steps when I told the dispatch there was a side loading entrance with zero steps. I made sure to tip them as I’m sure that wasn’t easy.”

“Good experience picking up at the terminal. The employees have no ramp, so they unloaded the skids and handed the freight piece by piece. Been to other trucking companies and no way would that happen! Nice to have friendly and helpful folks”

“Nice indoor heated and cooled storage units in a clean facility. Be careful about leaving the door opened or the alarm will sound, and you will get charged if the manager has to come out to turn it off. One time the power went out on me on a pretty day. It scared me pretty bad as I was alone.”
