As a former customer, due to I have moved and SecureNet wasn’t available in the area, Oct 8, 2025 Jarrel was in the my neighborhood handing out promotion flyers about they are now in Nitro WV. Next day I missed placed it so I called the office to setup an appointment for installation. Called him back to let him know that been scheduled. I’m excited to get their service back. If you are looking for a new service give SecureNet a try. I give 10 stars all around

We just signed up with Securenet, but I will say the service has been top notch! They were running a little behind with our installation, but called to touch base and let us know they were still coming. I had an issue setting up my account and I called William our account manager. Even though he is home with his new baby he still took time to text me back to answer any questions I had.

Absolutely the best internet service I’ve ever had! SecureNet Fiber is lightning-fast, super reliable, and perfect for streaming, gaming, and working from home. I have written reviews on my experience with Serurenet. It wasn't a good review and I want to eat my words.
Mark one of the employees of Serurenet worked very hard in correcting my service problems. He even came to my house around 9pm worked on it for about a 1 1/2 hours. They been here for several time to fix it. Today 10/17/25 he and two other of his employees worked and worked to find out the problem and did not stop until they got it right.
Thank you Mark for all you have done. Now I have fast internet service. If you want a business to go out of their way too solve and correct your problems Serurenet is the company you want to go with. I have had other cable and internet company but never had the service like I have had with Serurenet. This company and their employees are out stand and knows their jobs 100%. Thanks Mark.

I have their fiber. I LOVE IT. I previously had frontier fiber and after my first year my bill doubled. They’ve given me a 5 year price lock and I have never been more satisfied with customer service anywhere. Their office staff always answer and they’re all American.

Mark O was incredibly helpful in resolving my issue. Even after I went through extensive troubleshooting on my end, he patiently worked with me, and got me back online. His professionalism and expertise made a frustrating situation much easier to handle.

I became a customer to Securenet around about August cause I got my first bill in September. By December my bill went up 12 bucks. That part of the reason I left Optiom of the raising my bill everytime I turn around. When I called in to ask why did my bill went up. The person I talked to said they decided to raise it cross the board. What an answer. But that not my biggest problem. I pay for a 500mbps speed, my download is 39.42 and has went down to 10.92, my upload speed is 27.21and has went as low 3.68 and this is 3am not any better during the day either. Not even close what I paying for. I stream, my TV will loose the sound, picture freeze up. I have the Ring door bell it let me know someone at my door 5 second later. I have MyQ on my garage door opener and it will notify me some times 3 minutes later after the door closes or open. My service runs from the 11th through the 10th of the following month. My statement date is the 11th and the bill is due on the 26th of the month. They take my payment out of my bank account on the 14th of the month 3 days after I get my statement, 12 days before the bill due date. This is BS I am paying my bill before I get my service. I never do this but I am tried of this crap being ripped off by utility's companys. I should get some of my money back sence I not getting what I am paying for.

Once again, my cats have brought havoc. They chewed through the fiber bringing in the internet. The technician was here within 20 minutes of my phone call, he was friendly, professional, and fast to fix my problem. Secure Net is terrific and we’ll be customers for as long as they’ll have us!

I have had SecureNet for almost a year now and I am more than happy with this company. I had some connection issues in the beginning but they had people come in immediately and not only completely corrected the issue but also monitored my line daily and provided me with immediate access to a technician in case of any further issues. Their employees are very professional, showed GENUINE CONCERN for customer satisfaction, and truly went above and beyond to correct this issue. I work from home and having internet without connection issues is a necessity for me to provide for my family. I have waited almost a year to write this so that it is an accurate and honest review. I have had zero connection problems since they came and corrected the problem in first month and even now during the ice and snow storms.. I have lived in three different states and have had service with every major Internet company possible from Satellite , DSL, Cable, and my favorite which is Fiber Internet. I previously had Fiber internet with multiple companies while living in Florida and was absolutely thrilled when it was available in this area! I have A LOT of experience with the best and the absolute worst companies in the industry so I can say this company is by far the best company for multiple reasons, its extremely affordable, dependable, and SecureNet is the only company I have encountered that truly cares about their customers. I have never taken the time to write a review but this company has earned my respect and gratitude and I am sure anyone that works from home as I do can relate to how important reliable and high speed internet internet is and how frustrating and stressful it can be with almost every other company I have ever had service with previously, ESPECIALLY in rural areas like WV. I have recommended this internet provider to all of my family and friends and I know they are still expanding in which I guarantee they become statewide soon. Anyways I just want to thank this company for providing me and my family with hands down the best internet service I have ever had and the truly amazing and caring employees that came out and went above and beyond to make sure my internet was working at the highest speeds possible but also made sure every inch of the line was installed flawlessly . 🙏

I'd give a negative if I could. I've been with them since they started. My bill is supposed to be 40 flat and remain that forever. But for some reason I get charged odd amounts twice a month. I just zeroed out my bill at 60 bucks Oct 8 and today being the 23 of Oct I already have a disconnect notice. Nobody will answer the phone or my emails. Just seems so crazy to me. Not very professional either
