“Had an great experience Estes when I returned a large complicated lumber order from Home Depot Huntington WV. Delivery driver AUSTIN (Barboursville, WV) is fantastic. When he arrived promptly at 6:30am, the order was incorrectly prepped to go on the flatbed truck. Instead of leaving and he went out of his way to assist us in moving/restacking the items so they could be loaded. He spent extra time to save us a ton of time and his work is appreciated. Often times delivery drivers are the final impression of their customer and he represents Estes and Home Depot well. Thank you Austin!”
“The Kanawha City location is top tier. They are quick, efficient, and helpful. Even when there is a line or it begins to become really busy - they still are able to handle it in a timely manner. They are excellent. From shipping service to office needs - they do it alll and are happy to help. My three favorites are Brooke, Jeremy, and Ms. Debbie. They always look out for me and try to make things as smooth as possible for me(and all customers) always!! That’s why this is my favorite location and I’m happy to be a loyal customer!”

He brought out a cart and moved by heavy item for me while so I could attend to the baby. The shipping process was so fast and easy.
