Normally a good place to go since it's local. But I went in today because there has been a pothole that has developed for quite a while that keeps getting deeper in the Drive-Thru where the mailboxes are. Was told that they hD someone who is to fix this on Sunday.

Today on 12/08/2020 at 10 something a.m . my husband went to the post office to change our living / mailing address. We recently moved and it was his first time going to and inside the South Charleston post office. The woman was unprofessional, very disrespectful and rude! She rolled her eyes and had a very inappropriate response and tone to her voice! If she can't show professionalism and respect then she needs fired! It's uncalled for!

Can't believe the negative comments here. It does take persistence to get someone on phone but eventually, (in open hours), they will answer. Always friendly.

The lady (if you even want to call her that) clerk (heather) was extremely rude. Before It was even my turn she yelled at the elderly asking about her mail box number. The older lady was clearly hard hearing, and the cleark got mad because she had to repeat her self a few times and got mad on the 3rd attempt and rolled her eyes at her. Then I get up there asking about my package that should have been delivered yesterday and my tracking said attempt not made. I ask if it’s in the back. She tells me now it’s on the truck! I’m like can you just check for me it’s very expensive I’m talking over $1,000. She huffs and puffs and rolls her eyes again and decides to go back and check. Of course it’s not there so I tell her to hold it so I can get it tomorrow. She says she can’t do that I have to have a pink slip. I kid you not I was supposed to get my package today and they don’t show then have the nerve to tell me I need a pink slip. My god someone get this lady out of there and get better customer service.

I’ve paid for my mail box lock to be changed a month ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I’ve went there and called several times, but nothing has been done even though the employees I talk to say the filed a complaint and that they would come within that day that I visited. Because of this, I have yet to receive my pay card from my job and I am left completely broke and I cannot pay my bills. This is the most infuriating and frustrating experience I have had since moving to South Charleston.
