After spending quite a bit of money here only to find out they filled our taxes under the wrong address, and have not offered to fix it or give us any of our money back. I will never go back. Then set up a phone appointment with the corporate office to see if they could help us get it fixed and they never even called.

My.mother has been waiting months for her taxes as well as her 2nd and 3rd stimulus and she finally gets a response that the irs hasn't received her taxes for this year ? very frustrating when it's been months and they had no answers for this to finally come down to the irs.dont have her paperwork
