Roane Medical wanted to rent me the equipment for 50.00 a month unbelievable...but willow drug had the equipment I needed for my 86 year old mother free of charge... thank you so very much for your generosity”
“My husband called to check on a new Rx my his Physician had called in the day before, they told him it wouldn't be ready for several DAYS, I couldn't believe it, I called them back and explained it was necessary that he start in ASAP, I told them I was on my way there and I expected to pick it up in 20 minutes. It was not ready when I arrived and had to wait another 15 minutes. The staff was quite rude.”
