My eSIM is messed up and iPhone is stuck in SOS mode. They cannot get eSIM to work in my iPhone 13. It was working just fine and then SOS mode. Store associate told me to go to Best Buy and pay to get it looked at. Sad that an AT&T employee can't fix my eSIM problem. Give me a new eSIM or a physical sim I'm stuck with paying for a phone that doesn't work. And AT&T won’t even try to solve the problem

They are always short staffed and backed up. There are a few associates who know what they are doing, while others seem absolutely clueless to the basic functions expected at a phone retailer. It is always kept pretty neat and clean though.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable about products. Helped me get my phone back in order after it acted up after an update. Laura helped us with our purchase and our phones. Close to eateries and gasoline. Close to interstate and route 60. Hours are til 8pm.

Laura and Brittany are complete rock stars. Helped me with my upgrade, suggest accessories to compliment my 15 pro, ensured I had insurance and next up, and even though I wasn't interested, made sure I knew they had tv service as well. Both are prime examples of model employees!

Total new people, must change hands or mgr. 3 times this year. They need ink for the copy machine been out last two mgrs. When you pay bill can't make copy, hope they work it out.

I'm being stalked at a result of your faulty security on the towers and your connection with the government to store and record all conversations and communications through my and everyone's device.It has even led to me being harmed physically and psychologically.Everyone is starting to catch on to what has been going on in the corporate world. Thanks for making this country a worse place for the common people while you rich people live extraordinary lives that we pay for.

Amy was very friendly and knowledgeable about all products. I was helped quickly; she upgraded my cell- transferred all my info- & ordered me a new watch in no time at all. I would be happy to visit the st albans location again and be pleased to deal with Amy again!

Bridget has helped me out a few times & she is the sweetest, most helpful person there is! I recently switched to AT&T & she has made it a great experience. This isn’t even the closest store to where I live but I’m gonna start coming to this location.
