I have banked at this branch since 1978 and always they had a receptionist answering the phones. I called today several times to ask a question and no one answered the phone. This is a terrible way to run a business and provide customer service to those who can not find answers on the web site. I left a message but do not know if it will be returned or not. You are a business providing customer service - answer your phones!

The girls that work the drive thru are great & always friendly. But, who ever makes the schedule needs checked. Having these girls working by themselves in drive thru, especially after you were closed for a holiday. Now you know, it's going to be busy when you open up the next day with folks making the previous days deposits and such. Sat in the drive thru lane a half an hour before I even made it to the window to be helped. And, she's helping 2 lanes at once. Manager needs to get on his job and make for faster customer service. Hire more help please, you're wearing your employees out with your b.s. ways and making your establishment not look good.

This branch is horrendous , no one will take a phone call. When you are there in person they’re going rude or have the attitude of hating their job. Don’t ever bank at this branch worst one in the state.

This is a great bank if you have no life and you want to spend 30 minutes in the drive-through they always have one teller working inside and it’s incredibly slow, They have 10 lanes but never have any more than three open.

If you all had just answered your phone after the 3 times we tried to call you I wouldn't review bomb, but instead I had to come out there, wait in line, be seated, then be told I couldn't be helped.Real awesome.

My paycheck is a truist account.. my wife and daughter are on a truist account but you charge 8$ to cash my check because I'm not on the account. Horrible way to do business and I can't wait till you fail.

Went through the drive through today and was told by a long dark haired girl that the reason she didn’t put my aunt’s cash in an envelope was that they were running short on them and wouldn’t be getting any more because of Biden and the truckers !!! First of all I didn’t expect to hear a Trumpie-like remark and I wasn’t happy that my aunt and I were subjected to this unprofessional behavior. My aunt, who has banked there for many years was flabbergasted, “well, I never!!!”. I reported this to the branch manager, I can only hope he addresses this incident and perhaps does a customer service training class with his tellers.

If you ever need a new bank account and you owe banks go to BB&T. I owe like 3 banks from were I was younger and every other bank won’t let me open a account because I owe money to other banks but I went to BB&T and I didn’t have a problem.
