I did not have a good experience. I haven't for the last 8 months with boost mobile. They have an iPhone 12 advertised for 149. Wouldn't let me purchase it online but they don't have that deal in store. False advertisement.

Customer service is terrible at this location. I have went in twice in two weeks and both times the rep told me what I was looking for would be on the truck two different times. I have tried to call the location all day long, yet no one answers the phone. I have been planning to buy a new phone and wanted to keep it local, but looks like I am going to have to order from Boost Mobile itself. The Dunbar location will not even answer the phone anytime I call. The rep at the South Charleston location answered and said they did not have it in stock, but would try to find another store to get it from. That is good, but she refused to take my name and number, instead told me I just need to call back later this evening. It is no wonder everyone is just ordering things now instead of shopping local. Customer service is a joke anymore and I have done it for 20 years.

The crosslanes store is awful! I couldn't even return my wifi box because there wasn't a manager on duty! And the employee had to text a manager. I waited over 10 Mims and the manager didn't even reply. I only have so many days to return my device but I can't return it cause no manager is working. This place is a JOKE!!!

Went and got a phone set up and internet didn't work, and with my son working and school he didn't have it for a month cause the way they told him to do it himself didn't work either. And they didn't inform me that I needed to call to have my plan lowered when I set up the phone no one with Boost ever knows all the policies and stuff that they need to inform customers of that is the most important stuff. You always have to find out for yourself the hard way

Went to boost and the guy who helped me was very professional he told me what the problem was and he went through step by step with me just in case I have problem again I was in and out less than 5 minuites

It's long wait with only 4 ppl allowed in store and one employee. Girl never said her name but she's good at multi tasking. suggestion to make things flow easier. While phones are activating which is lengthy process give those customers a # send them to the car tell them to watch door and send ur employee to door and let them hold up number for that customer to come back in. It gets two ppl out so employee is able to start on new customer. It's cold it's wet outside no one wants to stand for 2 hrs trying to get phone service. Thanks
