If I could give zero stars I would. Worst pharmacy & customer service ever. Stood in line inside store for 1/2 hour to find out the prescription I had called in & was supposed to be ready, they were out of. You would have thought they could have called me or texted me to save the wasted time & trip.

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. It used to be ok but something has changed, I never had to wait for Rx backorder. I unfortunately don't drive, if I did I would go to ANY other CVS in the area.

I was in the Pharmacy yesterday at approx 330pm, there to pick up a RX and to get some dog treats. The dog treats were buy one get one 50% off but you didn't have a second bag. Everyone was busy so the Pharmacy Tech asked the Pharmacist what to do. And the Pharmacist was just flat out rude to your PT. Then a customer came up and talked with the pharmacist and asked her if she was pharmacist that he spoke with yesterday and she stopped him mid sentence and she said "sir I don't know" in a not so gracious tone of voice. She needs to be pleasant to approach and pleasant to her Pharmacy Techs. This is not the only time I've sensed a general unkindness about her. I know medicine is serious stuff, I know she went to med school, but she puts her pants on the same way as those pharmacy techs.

Called to get a "curbside pickup" through their drive-thru, which is a service their website is offering due to COVID19. This proves to be a real challenge for their staff. On our latest order, the person taking our order at the pharmacy was upset that the call was transferred to her and let us know all about it. I called back to see who is responsible for taking this type of order and was told it was to be done at the pharmacy. Customer courtesy and service isn't what it should be and much better is found at other businesses.

The people who work at the actual pharmacy part are so rude and unhelpful. I had an expensive prescription that I could not afford and when clarifying that they had my insurance in correctly, they were extremely rude. I have never had this kind of a rude experience, from healthcare professionals of all people. I will not be returning.

The CVS located in St. Albans, WV has made many mistakes on my husband's prescription and mine! From wrong dosage amounts, to not receiving all medication in the bottle which we had paid for, this pharmacy needs to be shut down!
