Awesome! We will definitely use again. They got us in quickly without an appointment, were timely, friendly, and helpful. I had a minor problem on my car, but I’m not knowledgeable enough to fix it myself. They got me in and out very quickly and charged me a very fair, affordable price. I’m super grateful to have a go-to honest, affordable mechanic in my area.

I cannot say enough about this shop Roger and his employees. I had extensive work done to my Honda this week and Roger inspected it and told me how much to fix everything. The job was done ASAP and the quote he gave was the price I paid. Very knowledgeable and will listen and talk with you. I feel 💯% safer in my car now. Hands down the best around! Thank you sir.

I have had several cars through our the years with various issues. And just as many mechanics. Moreover, I wish I would have brought my vehicles to Eds alot sooner. Eds is a Family owned business! The shop is conveniently located in St.Albans. The owners and all employees are Honest and dependable. The never once mislead me. Or over charged me. They preform high quality work and treat every one fair. They are more then willing to explain in great details the issues with your car. All questions are answered and the mechanic is efficient. I will never bring my car to another shop ever again. I deeply appreciate my mechanics abilities and honesty. They deserve a 100 Starts!!!! Not 5! Thank you Eds Auto.

Based on the reviews I had high hopes for this shop. New to the area and needed a local shop for oil changes, tires and any future repairs of any car i may own, etc. I had been losing power and gas mileage and was needing a diagnosis and also wanted a tune up (i thought perhaps it could be related). From the start manager Roger couldn't keep his condescending remarks to himself. He had something to say about the quality and age of my car immediately. So they put the plugs on and I pick up vehicle, on the way home the engine light came on and I had to take it back. They had forgotten to connect a wire. I left my car there for an additional two days, for them to "run a couple tests " to look for the cause of loss of power. Manager Rodger determined that my car was old, cheap and on its last leg and I will need a new car within a year (its a 2016 Nissan). So, I took it to Moses for a diagnosis. Ended up being a bad catalytic converter causing ALL my issues, even though Roger assured me it wasn't. Got the part on Ebay, local exhaust shop replaced it and my car is running great. I would like to add that my major complaint was loss of power going uphill. When i asked if they drove it up a hill, i was told no, only on Maccorkle Ave. I was quite disappointed with the service and treatment i received at Ed's and will never go back. It was unnecessary

Went there for a synthetic oil change & to get my tire plugged. I think that all the other places in the state are way overcharging people for an oil change. I only paid $62.00 for both services & they were done within 30 minutes. Highly recommend for everyone to take their cars here. Also, this is a locally owned service station & they are very friendly.
