I had reserved for a large SUV 6 weeks before needing it. I received a phone call the morning of stating one was not available but they had two other options that I could look at. Upon arriving, both gentleman were extremely friendly and helpful. The manager was able to adjust the price for me (as I was going to have to repack everything). The vehicle was clean and well taken care of. I will be back to this location.

I rent multiple times a month for work. I have been renting at this location for six years. I will inconvenience myself just to ensure I pick up my car at this location. A huge plus is that they are opened on Sundays. I’ve been through at least three branch managers and they have all been wonderful. I can’t say enough good about this branch.

The entire rental process was so easy. The gentleman who explained everything to me and gave me the keys was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! Would definitely rent from here again in the future.

We rented an 8 seater for our family vacation. We spoke with Blake whom set everything up and Sam met us the day of to retrieve the car. This was an excellent experience with this company because of these guys!! After returning the vehicle I called to make sure everything was ok and spoke with Luke. Exceptional service all the way around at the Saint Albans Enterprise and we will be booking with them from this point on.

Luke was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was asked questions I've never been asked to rent a car, also treated me as though I were lying about the card being mine. When I need to rent another vehicle, it definitely won't be from the st. Albans store

Stay as far away from this place as you can. They will lie to you about having the kind of vehicle you need while yours is in the shop. Then they will pick you up, take you to their office and tell you they don't have the kind of vehicle you need. When you try to defend the fact that they lied to you, they will belittle you and drive you back to the auto shop to abandon you in the cold. I know because that JUST happened to my husband with stage 4 cancer. Please, rent anywhere but here.

St albans enterprise is a joke. Some of the workers are liars and very rude. Lexy called me a cpl of times threatening I needed to bring the rental back or they would report it stolen when I was told ins would cover it all. Then the day I went in I put a card on file for the 25.00 deposit thats all I was sposed to pay then I was sposed to get it back when i took the car back enterprise took 100.00 out of my account I didn't know anything about I didn't give them the ok to do it I didn't owe nothing when they did do that.This is the first time I ever had to deal with anything like this I hit a deer nothing to my fault it ran out in front of me and enterprise did nothing but harrass us. Lexi especially was very rude a few times so I will not ever go back to enterprise I don't care how bad I need a car

I was given a 2022 Nissan Altima not only did the tire pressure light turn on within 3 min of driving the car, 2-3 days later the check engine light turned on and the transmission is slipping. I called them last Friday and I was told they would have a new car for me by the weekend. its now been 5 days since I called am IM STILL DRIVING A UNSAFE CAR. There is NO WAY that they checked this car properly before they gave it to me as a rental. Also there was no washer fluid at all.

A rough start at the Kanawha City location after reserving a rental for a business trip, got to Kanawha City location and though we had reserved a rental there was none available. Then went on to the St.Albans location and Tessa was able to help get us get in a rental quick and started on our 8 hour trip. Thank you Tessa for your professionalism and quick response!
